About Us
D5 Renovation Dubai is a design and build studio handling residential and commercial renovation projects across Dubai. We take projects from the first site survey and design concept through approvals, construction and fit-out to final handover, with one in-house team of designers, architects and site crews instead of a chain of subcontractors.
What we do:
Turnkey renovation and fit-out – full apartment and villa renovations including demolition, MEP works, tiling and flooring, custom joinery, sanitary ware, lighting and final styling. One contract and one point of responsibility for the whole project.
Interior design and architecture – concept development, 3D visualisation, full working drawings and Dubai Municipality-ready documentation, designed to be built by our own team.
Interior design and FF&E – selection and procurement of finishes, furniture, lighting and equipment.
Technical supervision and site inspection – independent quality control on renovation and construction sites.
Property renovation for investors – renovation of apartments bought for resale or rental, planned around budget and return.
How we work:
Every project starts with a site visit and a clear, itemised quote with a fixed scope, so budget decisions are made before work begins, not during it. We handle permit submissions and building and Dubai Municipality approvals ourselves. Clients get regular progress updates with weekly photos from site, and completed work is covered by warranty from the same team that built it.
Recent projects include apartment renovations in Dubai Marina (Vida Residences), The Greens and Sobha Hartland, as well as interior design projects in JLT, City Walk and Dubai Creek Harbour.
We work in English and Russian.
