About Us
We are a boutique bakery business born out of the love of flaky, buttery layers and celebrating artisanal craftsmanship. We are a wholesale operation, producing fresh handmade croissants and danishes daily, catering to cafés, restaurants and corporate events across Dubai. With care and intention behind every layer, our creations embody the pinnacle of quality and will keep your customers coming back for more. We believe our success comes from a strong commitment to sustain the legacy and integrity of the Croissanterie Michel brand with its emphasis on the customer experience, and the promise of incredible tasting products made with freshly-milled whole grains unified with pure and simple ingredients.
