Get Ready for the DXB Snow Run with Ski Dubai’s Morning Hikes
Ski Dubai, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, is gearing up to host the sixth edition of the DXB Snow Run on Sunday, May 18, 2025. In preparation for the event, Ski Dubai is inviting runners of all levels, aged 13 to 70, to join their Morning Hikes program, which runs from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends (Saturday to Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
The Morning Hikes offer participants the unique experience of navigating a dedicated snowy trail at a chilly -4°C on Ski Dubai's slopes. In addition to the snowy trail, participants will enjoy free locker rental and a healthy breakfast at North 28. The breakfast menu features a wide selection of delicious and healthy options, including Alpine Breakfast, Avocado on Toast, Croque Madame, Salmon Benedict, Spinach Pancake, and more.
The DXB Snow Run itself is a must-attend event, offering two race distances: 3 km (3 loops) and 5 km (5 loops). Participants can choose to compete individually or as part of a team of five, engaging in a healthy and fun competition. The event is suitable for both families and corporate teams looking to enjoy an exciting and unique outdoor experience.
The race will take place on Sunday, May 18, and will be followed by the award ceremony where each finisher will receive a commemorative medal. The top three participants in each category will have the chance to step up to the podium to receive cool prizes. Registration for the event closes on May 15, so be sure to sign up soon.
Since its inception in 2020, the DXB Snow Run has become an annual event, attracting a growing number of participants each year. In 2024, the event saw a record number of 600 athletes from 55 different countries, making it one of the premier snow sports events in the region.
