The permit will be issued in the name of the central kitchen.

As per the norms of Dubai Municipality, you need to purchase a truck and hire a fit out contractor in order to design your truck. The layout needs to be submitted to the Dubai Municipality for approval. Moreover, only readymade food is allowed to be served in the food trucks.

Lastly, you need to find the appropriate location to park your truck and obtain approval from the Road Transport Authority as well.

Space requirements:

The minimum size required for a restaurant will be 700 sq. ft. and for catering license, the size for the central kitchen should be 1000 sq. ft.

Once the license is issued, you are eligible to have a maximum of 2 investor visa.
